Working Together

This may be the first step you’re taking in finding support for yourself. You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed or alone; perhaps your relationship has broken down or is proving difficult. You may not be sure about what you’re looking for in terms of support. An initial appointment would enable you to explore what might help you most at the moment and to see whether you want to work with me.

At the initial appointment you would be able to share the issues you are experiencing and I would be able to explain how I could support you and work with you. Counselling can then be arranged over a set number of sessions, or it can be open-ended.

As an integrative counsellor, I incorporate different theoretical models and approaches into my work. How I work with you will be determined by your needs.

I provide a confidential safe space where you can talk about your difficult emotional issues and struggles. My aim is to create an environment that supports you in making changes in your life.
